Don’t use dishwasher or vacuum, use hands and gloves instead. Run up and down the staircase 3-5 times.

Think before you open your refrigerator and reach out for the tub of ice cream or when you wake up in the middle of the night and make your way to the jar of brownies. If you shop sensibly, these cravings are very easy to control. Make a balance of the food you know are not good for your health but you still crave for and add it with the food that are good for the health but are not high in your palate priority. The food habits will transition slowly for you and for your whole family.

Combine the two above

This actually works. You don’t need to run to the gym, try the expensive diet pills and or diet to an extreme just to jump back to your original weight once the diet plan is over. Control your intake and increase the physical activities. It is not an overnight change but you will observe the change slowly over a period of few months.  Change you habits for a better tomorrow one day at a time and keep at it and you will notice that burning fat is indeed a background phenomenon of your lifestyle choice.
